DirectLine Mobile
Available for use on tablets and handhelds, DirectLine Mobile is a fully functional mobile version of the DirectLine Service. Use of the Citrix client ensures most mobile operating systems are fully supported. With DirectLine Mobile, users have the option of having the systems fully live over a wireless network or updating only when the mobile unit is docked. By combining the mobile client with integrated barcode and RFID scanners, users move up to a new world of mobile information gathering.
DirectLine Web Request
Available on DirectLine for all industries, DirectLine Web Request provides fully customized HTML Work Order Entry from any Internet enabled computer. Many of our clients in colleges, retail outlets, and manufacturing are now using DirectLine Web Request and they tell us it provides an easy and controlled way for users to enter data. At the same time, DirectLine Web Request allows the maintenance department to catalogue orders and organize priorities. The HTML page can also be matched to an organization’s existing web page for a seamless end-user experience.
