How DirectLine Works

A wide range of solutions

DirectLine is an all-inclusive suite of maintenance management software and services delivered over the Internet. DirectLine offers an extensive range of solutions designed specifically for facilities management, with modules for each application customizable to your organization’s unique needs. New modules can be added as your needs change, at no extra cost.

A low-risk monthly subscription service

DirectLine is offered as a monthly subscription service based on hourly usage. The fee provides access to all DirectLine modules, giving you all the functions you need to support your maintenance activities. With DirectLine, there’s no need to purchase expensive software or usage licenses. And you can easily cancel your monthly subscription; simply notify us and we will return your data as per your service agreement.

Ongoing training and support – at no extra cost

Your monthly subscription fee includes unlimited support and training via the Internet and the DirectLine 800 number. As a new DirectLine subscriber, you will be assigned a DirectLine Account Manager who will work with you to create an implementation plan and training program. After implementation, you will continue to have access to unlimited training and support. Simply contact us when new employees come on board and we will be happy to provide them with DirectLine training.

Solutions designed to work for you

Our services and solutions are designed with your needs in mind. As these needs change and new technologies emerge, we respond with such solutions as DirectLine Mobile on tablets and handhelds, RFID support, and HTML Work Orders. We’ve also structured our technology and services to make using DirectLine as easy and worry-free as possible. For instance, service delivery through an industry leading Citrix “thin client” provides fast Internet connection from any workstation while automated daily backup at the Megamation Server Site saves you time and ensures your data is safe.

DirectLine versus conventional systems

Compare the DirectLine Service against other computerized maintenance management software (CMMS) and you’ll immediately see the DirectLine advantage.
